Fibi is an OTT TV streaming application designed for Android TV, Apple TV, and Fire TV, offering seamless access to Live TV, Movies, Series, and more. With 5G internet now widely available, Fibi's goal was simple yet ambitious: make streaming on TV intuitive and limitless.

This was my first time designing for TV, and I made sure to invest time in onboarding, research, and platform-specific UX challenges.

Remote control UX was especially challenging. I studied dozens of remotes to map essential interactions to the most commonly available buttons.

Final Thought

Designing for unfamiliar platforms like TV pushes you to rethink assumptions. From remote UX to screen distance and legibility, Fibi taught me how to design for new contexts without compromising experience.
